You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. 

 

Damaged / Lost Packages

Akira is not responsible for any damaged/lost products during shipment. Please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. You can also contact us at customer@akirashop.ca if you require any assistance or have any questions regarding your package. If your order arrived damaged, be sure to take a video or picture(s) as proof before you send us an email.

 

Customs, Taxes, and Duties

All orders placed within Canada are shipped from Toronto and will not be charged any customs or duties. For orders placed within the US, shipments valued at $800USD or less will not be charged any customs or duties according to Section 321 of the United States Customs and Border Protection (CBP). For International orders, Akira is not responsible for any customs and taxes that may apply to your order. Any and all fees (customs, taxes, tariffs, etc.) that are applied to an order after it has been shipped are the responsibility of the customer.
