Return Policy
Akira Return/Refund Policy
Once your order is delivered, you will have 3 days to request a return/refund. Items must be in original condition unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. To start a request, please contact us at customer@akira.shop.ca. The case will be assessed and deemed eligibility upon further review.
Canada and United States
If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
International
If your return is accepted, we'll provide an address for you to send your return. You must send us the receipt of the return shipping costs to be reimbursed the amount. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please carefully inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received a wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make appropriate adjustments. To ensure proper assistance, provide supporting documentation like pictures.
Exceptions
Pre-order items and items that have been opened out of its original packaging cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns on items that have been purchased at sale prices. Please contact us if you have additional questions or concerns about specific items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original method of payment.
