Q. What is the estimated processing time for my order?

Upon placing your order, please allow us a processing time of 3-5 business days to prepare and ship your order. Depending on the current volume we are experiencing, your order may take a bit longer to process. 

Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Average estimated times vary based on location.

Canada: 2-5 business days

United States: 4-10 business days

International: 6-12 business days

Q. How does order pickup work? 

Order pickup is only available in Our downtown Toronto location 

1. after placing your order you will need to wait for an order is ready for pick up email from us 

2. ones you receive the email you could pick up your order any time with in our operating hours

 

Q. Can I request for a specific product?

Of course! Simply fill out our product request form and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. 

 

Q. When will my pre-order be shipped out?

We send out our pre-order shipments the day we receive it! If there is any unexpected delay, you will be informed via e-mail. Please note that any orders that contain non-pre-order items along with pre-order items will not be shipped out until the pre-order item is in hand.

 

Q. Can I change or cancel my order?

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact customer service immediately by e-mailing us at customer@akirashop.caPlease note that some orders are processed immediately and cannot be changed or cancelled.

 

Q. What is the return/refund policy?

Once your order is delivered, you will have 3 days to request a return/refund. Items must be in original condition unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. To start a request, please contact us at customer@akira.shop.ca. The case will be assessed and deemed eligibility upon further review.
